United Dairy Farmers - Cashier swiped my card which had $0.81 points per gallon, then swiped a new card onto the same transaction which deleted all my points when he swiped a new card and handed it to me.
I didn't need a new card, I was fine with my old card which had 81 points that I was planning to use this evening. Now, it has 20 points at the end of today's transaction.
I went back to the store #100 and spoke to Lanette, the manager. She said corporate would be able to put my points back onto my card, since they were never used.

Today, I was planning to get gas with my U-Drive card Fuel Rollback card. I had 81 points, which will make a big difference. After going to the store for lunch items, the cashier (who was so friendly) rung up my groceries with a smile, scanned my U-Dirve card, frowned, then quickly picked up a new card, scanned it, totaled the transaction, I used my Debit card to pay, he handed me a new U-Drive card and said "Here is an extra card in case you need it." I thought that was really strange, but, put the new card in my purse, grabbed my bags and left the store.
When I checked my receipt, (because I had a strange feeling that something was wrong) I discovered I only had points for the purchase I just made. How wrong is that? That is dishonest and deceitful customer service. I have always admired the way the people in that store#

Your points most likely expired. Points expire at the end of the following month.
So June 29th points expire at the end of July. But anything you gained in, say, May would expire end of June. So some points drop off progressively, depending when they were gained. Basing this on your complaint being posted August 3rd.
Also, if he scanned your Udrive card first, then scanned the 2nd one, it will only count for the first card scanned, it would be as if the 2nd card was never scanned. I'm a manager for UDF.
